You can help make the 2016 Spina Bifida Association (SBA) National Conference one to remember! Volunteering is one of the best ways to get connected and learn about SBA and Spina Bifida, the most common permanently-disabling birth defect in the United States that occurs when a baby’s spine fails to close during the first few months of pregnancy. Volunteers are one of the main reasons why the National Conference is an overwhelmingly positive experience for persons with Spina Bifida and their family members. Help make the 2016 SBA a success!
Volunteers must be 16 years of age. Volunteers between the ages of 16 and 18 will be assigned to volunteer in Kids!Camp. If you are between the ages of 16-17 please fill out the Youth Volunteer Form.
If you are 18 years old or above. Please fill out the Adult Volunteer Form. If you are an Adult volunteer interested in attending some of the sessions at the conference, you can request to work that session during your volunteer orientation but we are unable to guarantee you will be able to attend the session.
